Clippers 107, Jazz 96: Caron Butler scored 17 of his team-high 29 points in the first quarter and Chris Paul contributed 19 points and nine assists as host Los Angeles extended its franchise-record winning streak to 17 games.

Jamal Crawford also scored 19 points and DeAndre Jordan added 14 for the Clippers, who joined the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers and 1995-96 San Antonio Spurs as the only teams in NBA history to go 16-0 in a single month.

Al Jefferson recorded 30 points and eight rebounds while Gordon Hayward chipped in 16 points for Utah, which was swept in the home-and-home series and has lost five of six overall.

Los Angeles held a 29-24 lead after one quarter as Butler hit all five of his 3-point attempts. The Clippers entered halftime with a nine-point advantage, but Jefferson's layup with 2:04 remaining in the third capped a 12-2 run and gave Utah a 76-75 edge.

Paul and Crawford combined to score the next six points and Los Angeles never looked back. Crawford scored 11 points in the final quarter while Paul added six.

GAME NOTEBOOK: The Clippers have not lost since dropping a 105-98 decision to New Orleans at home on Nov. 26. ...
